Any additional or privately funded care beyond this level is charged at £23.80 per hour, which is aligned with local authority fee guidance and allows us to offer an affordable, transparent solution without compromising on quality.

In his capacity as Responsible Individual, Andrew is ultimately accountable for the quality and safety of care. He brings a strategic, values-led approach to compliance and governance, with a strong emphasis on reflection, continuous improvement, and genuine human connection.
Andrew’s leadership style is rooted in building community—both within the team and with the people they support. He fosters a positive and collaborative environment where staff feel appreciated, listened to, and inspired to grow. Steven Reilly is an experienced Registered Manager with more than 11 years in the health and social care sector. As a Level 5 qualified leader, he brings a steady and supportive approach to his work, ensuring that every person receiving care from Relax Care experiences a safe, consistent and respectful service.
Steven plays a central role in developing the confidence and capability of Community Care Givers. He has helped shape Relax Care’s mentoring and quality assurance systems, creating a structure that builds strong skills and encourages professional pride. His focus on clear communication, practical training and everyday support has strengthened the organisation’s values-based culture.
A key part of Steven’s approach is his personal involvement with new clients. He meets every person himself, taking the time to understand their needs, preferences and routines. This direct connection allows him to create care plans that are realistic, dignified and centred around the individual.
Away from work, Steven is a dedicated family man. He lives with his partner, their son, and their two cats, Jimmy Meatballs and Albus. He enjoys travelling, boxing, kickboxing and has a passion for whisky, country music and music festivals. Abimbola Olasunmbo Sosanya is a caring and dedicated member of the Relax Care team. She was born on May 4th, 1979, and is happily married to Adekunle Charles Sosanya. They met in 1997 and tied the knot in 2007. Their union has been blessed with three wonderful boys: Jacob, Jeremy, and Jaden, aged 15, 13, and 10 respectively.
Abimbola treasures spending quality time with her family and find joy in watching good movies, travelling, cooking, and listening to uplifting music, particularly gospel and country genres. Her deep love for God and appreciation for celebrations, especially her birthday, add a special spark to her life.

With a background in Computer Science, Esther made a purposeful shift into caregiving, driven by her deep compassion and desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Her warm, family-oriented approach ensures that each client interaction is filled with dignity, empathy, and respect.
Esther has been happily married for over 21 years and is a proud mum to four amazing children — three boys and a girl, whom she fondly refers to as her three Kings and one Princess.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, and making jewellery with beads. She’s also a fan of board games and loves spending her leisure time with family and friends — preferably over well-marinated kebabs and a healthy smoothie!
