As Director of Operations, Andrew oversees the company’s systems, processes, training frameworks, and service standards. His focus is on embedding quality at every level—ensuring that Relax Care not only complies with regulatory standards, but delivers consistently exceptional care to individuals and families across the community.

In his capacity as Responsible Individual, Andrew is ultimately accountable for the quality and safety of care. He brings a strategic, values-led approach to compliance and governance, with a strong emphasis on reflection, continuous improvement, and genuine human connection.

Andrew’s leadership style is rooted in building community—both within the team and with the people they support. Away from the office, Andrew is a devoted family man. He shares life with his beautiful wife Carolyn, their three children, and two dogs—Archer, a spirited Patterdale Terrier, and Apollo, a loyal German Shepherd. Family means everything to Andrew, and this deep sense of care and respect shines through in how he leads Relax Care and supports its clients.

Steve Reilly - Registered Manager at Relax Care, with over 11 years of experience in social care. As a Level 5 qualified leader, Steve is a highly valued member of the team, dedicated to ensuring that the quality of care provided by Relax Care is consistently of the highest standard.

He has played a crucial role in developing the company's quality assurance and mentoring program, equipping all caregivers with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Steve is a family man and lives with his partner, their son, and their cat, Jimmy Meatballs. He is passionate about creating a culture of high-performing carers and a values-based approach to care. Steve's personal touch is evident in his hands-on approach to every consultation for new clients, ensuring that each care plan is tailored to Relax Care's values.

In his free time, Steve enjoys travelling and practising Martial Arts - Boxing and Kickboxing. He is also a big fan of whisky, music festivals, and country music. Steve values honesty, loyalty, respect, and integrity, and he brings these values to every aspect of his life, both personal and professional.

Kathleen Fitzpatrick is a Community Care Giver at Relax Care, with a deep passion for providing exceptional care to clients. As a wife and mother of two bearded dragons, Kathleen understands the importance of family and the values of respect, hard work, and loyalty.

Kathleen takes pride in being a part of the Relax Care team, where she sees a genuine caring nature in everyone involved. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, dancing around the kitchen, cooking food, and exploring the great Welsh outdoors through hiking and outings. Kathleen values professionalism and high-quality work and is a fan of red wine and tea.

Kathleen has worked with other care companies in the past but sees Relax Care as the best company to work for and receive care from. She appreciates the investment the company makes in developing its employees and leading by example, creating a work-life balance that allows her to spend more time with her husband while providing the best care for clients. Oluwakemi 'Kemi' Makinde is a valued and extremely popular Community Caregiver at Relax Care, joining the team as the very first Caregiver on January 17th, 2022. As a wife and mother of a 3-year-old boy, Kemi brings a compassionate and dedicated approach to her role.

Kemi's commitment to providing exceptional care is an inspiration to her fellow caregivers. While she may be relatively new to the field, she has quickly become a trusted and respected member of the team. Her passion for elder care and her ability to manage schedules and keep clients active have been instrumental in her success.

Kemi takes immense pride in being part of Relax Care, as the company truly prioritizes the well-being of both its staff and clients. She appreciates the supportive management and the friendly environment that fosters a sense of belonging. Moreover, she values the opportunity for staff involvement in decision-making processes and the provision of comprehensive and relevant training.

Outside of work, Kemi finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends. She embraces activities such as playing indoor games, listening to music, and watching Korean movies. Honesty, integrity, and punctuality are values she holds dear.

Recently, she was sponsored to continue making Wales her home, a testament to her remarkable contributions.

Olusola Omodemi is a compassionate and dedicated member of our caregiving team at Relax Care. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology (BSc) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Olusola brings a diverse range of knowledge and skills to her role.

Born into a Christian home, Olusola holds strong family values and finds inspiration in her loving marriage to Ademola, as well as their three boys. Her family's support and encouragement have shaped her caring nature and deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Outside of her caregiving responsibilities, Olusola enjoys a variety of hobbies that fuel her passion for life. Cooking, reading, teaching, travelling, singing, and exploring new experiences all contribute to her well-rounded and vibrant personality.

Abimbola Olasunmbo Sosanya is a caring and dedicated member of the Relax Care team. She was born on May 4th, 1979, and is happily married to Adekunle Charles Sosanya. They met in 1997 and tied the knot in 2007. Their union has been blessed with three wonderful boys: Jacob, Jeremy, and Jaden, aged 15, 13, and 10 respectively.

Abimbola treasures spending quality time with her family and find joy in watching good movies, travelling, cooking, and listening to uplifting music, particularly gospel and country genres. Her deep love for God and appreciation for celebrations, especially her birthday, add a special spark to her life.

Working for Relax Care brings Abimbola immense satisfaction, as the company lives up to its name by providing a relaxing and supportive environment. It is a care company that values family orientation and goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free job experience when serving the community.
