Having to arrange care for my father who has dementia was a difficult decision but everyone at Right at Home made the experience very positive. They listened to what my father needed and included him in all decisions.

Having to arrange care for my father who has dementia was a difficult decision but everyone at Right at Home made the experience very positive. They listened to what my father needed and included him in all decisions. The carers have been very patient, caring and professional. Dad looks forward to seeing them every day, especially his main carer who he has formed a really strong bond with. The meals they prepare are always delicious and they spend time talking to him and listening to his many stories about family, friends and life experiences. They always have his welfare in mind and support him with whatever he needs. This has really helped his wellbeing. Right at Home have also been very flexible when he has appointments or needs to change his routine. I can highly recommend them.
I feel reassured knowing Dad is in such kind, capable and compassionate hands.

Choosing care for my dad, who is living with dementia, was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but Right at Home (Hillingdon & Uxbridge) have been really very helpful and their carers are extremely understanding.
From the very beginning, they showed genuine understanding of dementia and the challenges that come with it-not just for my Dad, but for me as his Daughter too. The carers are patient, kind, and take the time to really connect with him, even on days when he is confused or unsettled. They never rush him and always treat him with dignity and respect.
What means the most to me is that they have built a relationship with him. They know how to support him in a calm and reassuring way. It's made a huge difference to his wellbeing.
I would recommend the team at Right at Home and they have also helped keeping me informed of external factors that could make Dads life even easier.

Our Mum truly appreciates the support, kindness, and dedication shown by every member of the care team, which has made a meaningful difference to their daily life. The company has been consistently flexible and attentive to changing needs, increasing the level of care support promptly as required. Their help has been invaluable to our family, particularly in navigating the transition from hospital to home. They have provided not only practical support but also reassurance during what has been a very challenging time. We used right at home carers when our elderly mum was living at home but very frail and with dementia. We needed extra help during the night and the carers who came were brilliant. They were always so gentle and caring and considerate. We always felt completely confident that our mum was in good hands.
The company were very professional and always on hand with advise and were able to help us out often at short notice. When mum then had to be looked after in a hospice they came there as well to sit with her in the evenings . We were so pleased to have their support and Id highly recommend their team.

While looking for carers for my dad I stumbled across this company. I was able to arrange a meeting at my convenience within a few days fitting into my schedule. We were given respect and support straight away and arranged carers for the following week. The carer has been wonderful for my dad as he was feeling very low, she is so helpful and friendly and makes the grumpy old man smile and sometimes even laugh which is wonderful to hear from my dad. I am able to see the notes of the visit on a secure app which gives me peace of mind as well.
Top class caring and as a family we are very grateful.

Mother lives with me and has dementia. I was away for 3 nights and normally I am a full time carer to her. I have a farely rigid routine with her as this is the only way things get done and also she has become incontinant over the last 6 months which make it that much more involved. She can go from sweet old lady to an awkward, sweary non compliant banshee in the blink of an eye. The carer did a good job under the circumstances and gave me the details on my return. With hindsight, I think if a carer was there to observe while I got her up, showered and dressed before I left, then it would have made things easier going forward.
I have used and would use RaH again as they used the same carer for all 14 visits, which I think gives better understanding and continuity.

We recently had the support of Right at Home for my dad, and I can honestly say they were miles ahead of any other care providers we've experienced in the past. I was impressed by the difference in quality and attentiveness provided. The management team; two members of staff were incredibly responsive and understanding. They took the time to listen, understand our needs, and put together a thoughtful care plan that respected dad's dignity and preferences. Communication was clear and timely, and handled with professionalism. What stood out was the small, consistent team of carers who supported my dad. Their attentiveness, warmth, and respect made a real difference - not just to him, but to our whole family. Even though the care was only for a short time, the impact was lasting. It felt personal not transactional, and that's rare.
I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for a loved one They set the bar high and exceeded our expectations.

I found RAH Uxbridge to be very professional. All their carers and management were very supportive.
I would recommend them to any of my friends without hesitation. I have used other agencies for care for my mother and they do not match up to the service and care provided by RAH Uxbridge.

Right at Home (H & U) for the last two years have been superb in supporting my friend right from his initial 3 hourly day time visits for just medication and meals, to now with 24/7 at home care. Right at Home have adapted his care as Alzheimer's advanced including all liaison with surgery, paramedics and hospital, even taking him to the surgery for routine appointments. All meals are now freshly prepared, plus shopping and medication. They have responded very promptly and professionally whenever emergencies have occurred . I am extremely pleased with Right at Home for their high level of care, friendly staff and careful matching of staff and sometimes a awkward client. Their help and advice to myself has been outstanding, and I am therefore very pleased to recommend Right at Home as an excellent carer.

Right at Home listened compassionately to my request for care of my elderly father with dementia. During our initial assessment, my mother was rushed into hospital and the manager adjusted the brief to live in care immediately. They provide professional carers qualified to care for his complex medical needs but also choosing a carer they know will connect with my father relationally. The Manager has established a quick bond with my father and visits regularly to ensure he is happy, monitors feedback from his carers and ensures that my brother and I are updated with any minor adjustments. This is such a relief at this time, we no longer worry and the manager has a full care plan in place to assist them as a couple when needed. This is an exceptional service which I can trust due to the dedication of the carers and the managers who select their carers carefully. Other care companies in the same area were unable to provide live in care at this time, Right at Home delivered.

Initially we used RAH for Saturday outings for parents - to the park or for lunch. These were greatly enjoyed by all. As parents capabilities declined they came reliably every evening to manage 'sundowning' and prepare/supervise evening meal, showers and bedtime routine. 3 Carers were all lovely and quickly established good/ fond relationships with parents. We had a few hiccups but mgt picked them up quickly and the assistance was invaluable in keeping parents safe and well looked after for 4 months until they had to go into care home.
Good reports/ feedback from the carers although I had huge issues accessing the report system!

My mum received a wonderful service from RAH and I would recommend their service. The manager took a lot of time to understand and assess Mum's needs. She matched Mum with Carers which Mum really liked.
The Carers demonstrated an understanding of dementia needs and showed kindness towards Mum....
My mum received a wonderful service from RAH and I would recommend their service. The manager took a lot of time to understand and assess Mum's needs. She matched Mum with Carers which Mum really liked. The Carers demonstrated an understanding of dementia needs and showed kindness towards Mum. They took time to listen to her stories and ensured she took her medication and meals.
I would recommend this service to families who have elderly relatives who need extra care.

The service and care provided by Right at Home has been absolutely excellent. Post hip replacement I had 3 weeks help on discharge from hospital. My carer has been totally professional, caring, and completely excellent.

The service and care provided by Right at Home has been absolutely excellent. Post hip replacement I had 3 weeks help on discharge from hospital. My carer has been totally professional, caring, and completely excellent. The care I received aided my recovery 100%. The carer is always beautifully clean and well-presented. She approached every aspect of care with tenderness and empathy I couldn't have had better care.
Management was also excellent cannot praise them enough.
