Choosing care for my dad, who is living with dementia, was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but Right at Home (Hillingdon & Uxbridge) have been really very helpful and their carers are extremely understanding.

From the very beginning, they showed genuine understanding of dementia and the challenges that come with it-not just for my Dad, but for me as his Daughter too. The carers are patient, kind, and take the time to really connect with him, even on days when he is confused or unsettled. They never rush him and always treat him with dignity and respect.

What means the most to me is that they have built a relationship with him. They know how to support him in a calm and reassuring way. It's made a huge difference to his wellbeing.

I would recommend the team at Right at Home and they have also helped keeping me informed of external factors that could make Dads life even easier.

The company were very professional and always on hand with advise and were able to help us out often at short notice. When mum then had to be looked after in a hospice they came there as well to sit with her in the evenings . We were so pleased to have their support and Id highly recommend their team.

I have used and would use RaH again as they used the same carer for all 14 visits, which I think gives better understanding and continuity.

Upon requesting urgent 24-hour live-in care for a family member with dementia, we were given first-class service and a carer was found within hours. The ongoing service we received was friendly, professional, informative, immediate, pitched at the correct level and very responsive. As a family, we would highly recommend Right at Home and all the staff.

I would recommend them to any of my friends without hesitation. I have used other agencies for care for my mother and they do not match up to the service and care provided by RAH Uxbridge.

Right at Home (H & U) for the last two years have been superb in supporting my friend right from his initial 3 hourly day time visits for just medication and meals, to now with 24/7 at home care. Right at Home have adapted his care as Alzheimer's advanced including all liaison with surgery, paramedics and hospital, even taking him to the surgery for routine appointments. All meals are now freshly prepared, plus shopping and medication. They have responded very promptly and professionally whenever emergencies have occurred . I am extremely pleased with Right at Home for their high level of care, friendly staff and careful matching of staff and sometimes a awkward client. Their help and advice to myself has been outstanding, and I am therefore very pleased to recommend Right at Home as an excellent carer.

Right at Home listened compassionately to my request for care of my elderly father with dementia. During our initial assessment, my mother was rushed into hospital and the manager adjusted the brief to live in care immediately. They provide professional carers qualified to care for his complex medical needs but also choosing a carer they know will connect with my father relationally. The Manager has established a quick bond with my father and visits regularly to ensure he is happy, monitors feedback from his carers and ensures that my brother and I are updated with any minor adjustments. This is such a relief at this time, we no longer worry and the manager has a full care plan in place to assist them as a couple when needed. This is an exceptional service which I can trust due to the dedication of the carers and the managers who select their carers carefully. Other care companies in the same area were unable to provide live in care at this time, Right at Home delivered.

Right at Home are a quality care company with staff that take the time to engage with their clients. They are reliable and trustworthy - I know my 102 year old Mum is in safe hands when they are with her. Excellent service.

The service is excellent - daily carers are punctual, professional, kind and willing. Any concerns I may have are listened to, discussed with me and if any arrangements need to be altered or amended as client needs change this is done promptly and efficiently through the management.

Good reports/ feedback from the carers although I had huge issues accessing the report system!

I would recommend this service to families who have elderly relatives who need extra care.

Management was also excellent cannot praise them enough.
