Bluebird was recommended to me when my mother needed to return home after a short stay in a care home. Spaces were scarce and we had to wait a few weeks, but throughout this period, the management at Bluebird remained in regular contact with me. The care provided by the 'girls' is impressive, and nothing
seems too much trouble. They have always been supportive and provide knowledgeable suggestions for care advice. The carers provide support for virtually everything, and if they can't, they know which professional service we should contact. Thank you so much for all your support.

A great team of people who visit my mum and dad. Very friendly, caring and always willing to take on various tasks during their allocated time. Mum and Dad have both built very good relationships with the staff that visit them and are very happy with the support they receive. The manager and the Bluebird
team are very professional and caring, and I would recommend their services.

I cannot express in words adequately on how Bluebird Care has changed the quality of life for my Mother. Prior to arranging a care package with Bluebird my Mothers quality of life was declining rapidly and she seemed to be on a severe downward trend mentally and was losing weight.
Thankfully, with
significant help from the Bluebird team,, my mothers health and quality of life really has improved. The whole family trust and appreciate the Bluebird team from the manager through to all carers they carefully provide. They are reliable and always turn up on the agreed times. As well as the standard carer duties, it is the little touches that really impress us. These include, taking my mother out on impromptu trips, drives out or dealing with medication discrepancies with the local pharmacy. I cannot thank them enough.

I was looking into private care for my elderly parents, predominantly for my father but also to provide support to my mother who is his 'primary carer'. I had a list of companies to contact with regards to private care, however I was so impressed with my initial phone call with The Manager at Bluebird
Care Burnley & Pendle that I didn't contact any other private care providers. I met her a few days later at my parents house and I was further impressed with her professionalism and caring nature towards my parents. The manager and her team have been providing care to my parents since Sept 2024 and I cannot thank them enough for all the support and efforts. If you are looking for private care for your loved ones then I highly recommend you make contact with the manager to discuss the services which Bluebird Care Burnley & Pendle provide.

All the girls have plenty of patience with me and always do things with dignity and a smile. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to all friends and family, the service you offer is second to none. After coming out of a care home, I was very nervous but the management went above and beyond and still

From day one, when I first contacted Bluebird Care, I was immediately impressed with the friendly advice and the knowledge of the care system. My mother has a disability and a previous serious injury from a fall. The care she has received has been second to none. The compassion, friendship, professionalism
and attention to detail are excellent. My mother will continue to use Bluebird Care indefinitely and it has been a great comfort to me that she is in excellent, caring hands on a daily basis.
I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone who is in need of a five-star caring team of people, they are friendly, approachable, easy to contact and treat my mum and me as part of the family.

I used Bluebird Care upon recommendation after my dad had fallen and was recovering from a fractured hip.
Cannot speak highly enough of the manager and the team for the service and support. They have definitely contributed to a much speedier recovery and confidence return.
As I also live outside
the UK, it was reassuring to have direct contact with them also for any questions and queries.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird.

Had a lovely experience with Bluebird Home Care. The staff are lovely and very helpful, my nana receives great care, compassion and has built a great relationship with the carers.

I cannot recommend Bluebird highly enough. Right from the start, the service was exceptional, professional and caring, beginning with a thorough discussion about my father’s needs, his history, preferences and personality. They took the time to really get to know him, which meant he felt comfortable
with the team very quickly when he returned home from hospital. Having used a number of care companies before, I can confidently say that none compare to Bluebird in their support for my father. I was kept informed about his health and well-being regularly, and the manager made contact with the GP and other services when needed. This really took a lot of pressure off me and gave me confidence that my dad was being looked after by experts. During the time my father was being cared for by Bluebird, he felt safe and supported in his home and the team were always incredibly caring and professional.

I can't recommend Bluebird Care highly enough. As power of attorney for my neighbour, it was my responsibility to get her the best care possible to keep her in her home where she felt safe and happy. Her worsening dementia began to make even basic day-to-day tasks more difficult. I contacted Bluebird
and explained the situation and what, specifically, we required. They visited us and did an assessment the same day. I loved their holistic approach. Not just providing practical care but really getting to know my neighbour and stimulating her mentally. They never let us down, alerted me if there was a concern and built up a wonderful friendship with my neighbour. They happily provided extra hours of care when I went on holiday. I had plans to increase the hours of care provided by Bluebird but sadly, my friend passed away. They are a wonderful, truly caring, professional care service and I wish them every success in the future.

I am delighted with the care provided by Bluebird. Choosing care for my mum was really daunting but the minute I spoke to the team manager my mind was put at ease. Bluebird offer a really individualised service, and every effort has been made to get to know my mum. It has always been the same team of
staff and my mum is getting to know them now. Communication with myself has been excellent, I am always kept in the loop. As a healthcare worker myself I know how important the social aspect is, and I am so impressed that making time to chat with Mum is a consideration as well as ensuring that her current abilities are maintained. I highly recommend Bluebird.

The manager and the Bluebird team have provided the reassurance, care and practical support we required at a stressful time for the family. We can’t fault the professionalism, kindness and care that they have shown our dad during this time. It has been a huge relief for our mum who herself has been
unwell. The team have gone above and beyond. There will always be a certain amount of apprehension when inviting someone new into your home to assist but that anxiety has dissolved with Bluebird Care.

A month ago I had never heard of Bluebird Care, but in that short time, I have come to know them as friends as well as carers.
They all seem to have a natural ability to understand, encourage and help you. They come on time and will do any task that you ask them.

After being fit and healthy all our lives, we suddenly found ourselves in need of help after being in hospital.
Our daughter, who lives in London, was obviously concerned and contacted Bluebird. We were taken under the nurse's wing from thereon. They are now considered friends and extended family.
In fact, our nurse was the first person I called when I felt very unwell and ended up in hospital urgent care.

My siblings and I are highly delighted with the care that Bluebird Care in Pendle provide for our parents. The staff at Bluebird are reliable, punctual, genuinely caring, and provide an excellent standard of care to both parents, especially our Dad who has a number of complex health needs. They are
polite and respectful at all times and completely trust worthy. They are incredibly hard working and go beyond the call of duty to ensure our parents are kept safe and well. We are extremely grateful to them, not only for caring for our parents, but for the help and support that they give to the whole family. The management of the business is outstanding as well as the day to day care.

I can’t thank Bluebird Care enough. They are professional, friendly, have a great sense of humour and go above and beyond to create a good relationship with the client and family, an example of which is after meeting my dad and myself in the morning to discuss care, the manager also visited my mum in
hospital to make sure that she was happy with everything too.
They are reliable and always on time.
From the first visit, they felt like part of the family with their warmth and friendliness.

As someone who has mobility issues and struggles to get out, I look forward to my sessions with Bluebird Care because it means I can get out and about with support.
