Carers are very good, polite and professional. They treat my wife with care and compassion. They alert to supply needs: tablets, pads, etc. I am very happy with the service.
It's wonderful to hear such positive feedback! We're so glad that our carers are providing your wife with care and compassion, and that you find them to be very good, polite and professional. We also appreciate you highlighting their attentiveness to supply needs like tablets and pads. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us.Best wishes,
The supervisor called to check everything was going ok with Mum's care and carers. He was very precise and checked the care given to Mum in detail which was very helpful. We didn't have any big problems and ones we had in the past at the beginning have been solved and brought out. Mum likes having regular carers she recognizes which helps her memory of who everyone is.
Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear that the supervisor's check-in was helpful and that the regular carers are supporting your Mum well. We appreciate your feedback regarding the resolution of earlier issues. Best wishes
The care my mother has recieved from the carers has been absolutely wonderful. Each person goes above and beyond for her. Mom loves everyone of them. As do I. They're more like family now.
Thank you for your kind words. We will make sure to pass this lovely feedback to our care team, and look forward to continue caring for your mother. Best wishes
In all the carers are good and do well. Hoping things do get a little better and more constant.

My mother-in-law's care has been consistently good. We have no issues in terms of the support and attention she receives. My mother-in-law herself comments on how she likes the carers who visit her.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so pleased to hear that your mother-in-law is receiving consistently good care and that you are both happy with the support and attention provided by our carers. It's wonderful to know she enjoys their visits.Best wishes,Rachel
Overall my experince with the carers is very good. They are very good with communicating with my husband and myself. Once times are sorted for scheduled visits, our experience will be nearly perfect.
Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding our carers, our services and our communication. We appreciate you highlighting this strength and understand that scheduling is an area for improvement. We are actively working to ensure visit times are consistently sorted to provide you with a perfect, and smooth experience.Best wishes,Rachel
She blamed staff sickness but there was no attempt to contact either my mum or myself to inform us they were having issues. Staff sickness and taking leave seem to be the only explanation this company can give as well as a meaningless apology. On several occasions, mum has had to ring them when no one turned up to put her to bed. Basic cooking skills are lacking and food is frequently inedible.
Absolutely appalling carers. Majority here on sponsorship licence. Speak very poor broken English are rude and abrupt. Have no idea of basic hygiene or how to make a meal. I Wouldn't let them take care of my hamster. Now a safeguarding issue. DO NOT USE! If you are funded by local council get a direct payment and choose your own care provider. Can't wait see the CQC inspection when it happens! Would have scored zero if that was an option.
I would avoid this company at all costs. My dad has been user since January. They turn up when they want. Office changes times. They have no info on user. Not any idea on medication half of the time. They have served him cold food. Then are rough with him and going around other staff saying he is nasty. They are supposed to order medication and pick up don't do that either. He has time critical medication and still do what they want. You phone office have meetings and it gets worse. The lady who came out for info was more interested in her family life more than users. Would score Zero but not available.

Very unhappy with the service app, very confusing, cannot comment on it.
I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the care service offered to you during your time with Springfield. I understand how frustrating it must be when your expectations are not met. Although external issues, such as traffic, can occasionally impact carer's punctuality, we do expect the...
