Could you support someone with their personal care?

Could you support someone with all aspects of their domestic lives while promoting their independence?

Can you facilitate social activities?

Empathise and actively listen in a sensitive manner accessing appropriate additional support where necessary

Support a Client to access appropriate health care provision enabling them to make an informed choice for their Wellbeing.

Create opportunities for our clients to develop establish and maintain personal relationships and social networks, which encourage greater participation and integration in their chosen communities.

Hours of Work & Pay Rates

We are currently looking for people wanting both full and part time hours, supporting people with a range of everyday activities, plus where possible helping them to get out and about and remain active members of their communities.

We pay enhancements for Evenings and Weekends. Plus triple time for Christmas Day and Boxing Day

  • Essential Skills:


  • An understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities who are vulnerable within society


  • Minimum 3 months of experience in working with adults who have learning/multiple disabilities living in the community


  • Physically fit and able to undertake safe manual handling practices


  • Observant and sensitive to a Clients needs


  • NVQ/QCF 2 in Health & Social Care


  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team

Being a driver is essential as some clients need assistance with errands and appointments and going out into the community.

We would prefer to hear from applicants who have a minimum of three months experience, however full training is provided.

We currently cover the following areas. Llandudno, Conwy, Rhos On Sea, Penrhyn Bay, Colwyn Bay, Glan Conwy, Llanrwst, Betws Y Coed, Maenan, Llansannan, Abergele, Betws Yn Rhos, Rhuddlan, St Asaph, Prestatyn, Rhyl, Caerwys, Mostyn, Henllan, Denbigh, LLanferres and Llanrhaeadr.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is not essential but very desirable.
