We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader to support with the following tasks:

· Delivering a high-quality service to our clients using a person-centred approach

· Provide support to the care team as well as our clients

· Ensure that care plans and records are kept up to date and are compliant

· Conduct regular spot checks, competency checks, supervisions and audits to CQC standards

· Able to support at short notice and deal with any emergencies that may occur out of office hours

· Support with the administrative tasks ensuring that files are up to date and compliant

Our Requirements:

· Must be over 18 years of age

· Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing using basic English

· To be able to work alternate weekends and flexible availability

· Minimum of 2 years experience in elderly care or learning disabilities

· NVQ2 in Care or equivalent (desirable)

· Supervisory experience (desirable)

· Someone with integrity, honesty, transparency and is willing to go the extra mile for our clients

· Aim for excellence and encourage a culture of innovation, expertise and continuous improvement

· Computer literate
