Our client is a new Private homecare agency with a difference looking to buck the trend in the homecare sector and provide a boutique high-level homecare service within the local area

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the company and take the lead role with excellent career prospects whilst being able to work flexibly. 


Main Responsibilities

To assist the company in its set up phase preparing policies and CQC Registration

To take the lead on care provided and oversee all care delivered within the branch

To manage all staff day to day

To recruit and arrange training for staff

There is a Business Development staff onboard with our client so increasing hours is not in the remit of this role currently.

Candidate Requirements

Experience of working within a startup environment in the Homecare sector

At least 2 years experience within a registered manager role or 3 years within a deputy manager role

Ability to keep calm under pressure and work within a fast-paced environment

Ability to motivate and manage staff

Excellent customer skills

Excellent Communication skills

Driven to succeed

Team Player

Must have Level 5 or be studying for Level 5
