We are looking for a Care Manager to develop and support a new team of care support workers in Merton. You will need to live in or near to the London Borough of Merton.

As a Care Manager you must be:

  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Available for On Call
  • Experienced working with adults with care needs
  • Willing to train for a QCF Level 5

This role would suit someone who has previously worked in care as a deputy manager, care assessor or care manager.
