We have a fantastic office team who support each other in their roles we need to add to this small but very effective team. We are based in Dobson House, Gosforth.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to cope with the pressure and change. You will have great planning and organisational skills and the motivation to make a difference.
As our Care Scheduler, your main duty is to ensure the continuity and quality of care with our clients. We need to ensure that all our CAREGivers are in the right place at the right time. It is crucial that our clients know exactly who to and when to expect at their CAREGiver at their home.
