Care Senior Administrator

A FANTASTIC opportunity has arisen within one of our clients based in Maidenhead who are a high level very 'posh care company, The company supply homecarers into the community offering a personal, high standard and upmarket care service into their clients,

An opportunity to join this fast growing niche company has arisen and they are looking for an administrator to join their team within their beautiful offices in Maidenhead town centre

Daily Duties include

Answering the telephone and being the first port of call for any enquiries

Arranging the staff rotas and distributing to the care staff answering any queries and ensuring all are briefed on the week's objectives

Updating care plans and keeping all care files from an administration perspective in an immaculate and organised manner

Managing the office and suppliers ordering stationary etc

Taking care of any marketing events and booking any advertising requirements

Sending out welcome letters to new clients

Typing up client reviews

Booking recruitment advertising and screening new applications before booking in interviews with the manager

Experience required

Excellent administration and organisational skills

Experience within the homecare industry advantageous but not essential

Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for customer service

Team player

Committed to providing a high standard of work at all times
