As the business grows, the Care Manager Home Instead Senior Care are award-winning providers of care within the home, specialising in dementia care.
We have a minimum call out of 1 hour + and provide a variety of services to enable clients to remain living independently in their own home for longer. Our Carers are chosen for their caring and compassionate nature and when we recruit, we look for Carers who we would wish to care for our own family members.
As the business grows the Care Manager now requires a bright and ambitious individual, someone who wants to always give 110% to their clients and who knows what quality care and good compliance looks like to assist in the running of the business. Ideally, it would be someone who wants to progress in their career, eventually to Registered Care Manager and may be wanting to take the next step to a current senior role. Previous experience in domiciliary care may be an advantage but not essential, experience could have been gained within a care home environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the care sector, including being familiar with recent hands-on techniques for delivering care and in Moving and Handling. The person should have a minimum of NVQ/QCF 3 and be willing to work towards QCF 5.
