Out of Hours Coordinator – Home based position 

Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? Do you want to be a part of a team where you are valued and supported?

  • You will provide an emergency contact point for all carers and service users out of normal office hours, providing support and advice
  • Handle all queries in an efficient, competent and timely manner in order that all service user calls are covered
  • To ensure that all emergency situations adhere to Company policies and procedures
  • Update the system journals with any issues that arise during out of hours
  • To attend to any Service User that cannot be covered by any carer
  • You must have care experience, ideally NVQ level 2 qualified. Must be a driver, Good communicator 
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure

Hourly rate is £9.50 per hour Monday to Friday and £10.50 per hour weekends.

The hours available are Monday and Thursday 6am to 8.00 am then 5pm to 11pm

Every Saturday 6am to 2pm Every other Sunday 9am to 2pm.

These hours are fixed. Hourly rate is paid for the full duration of each shift.
