As a Home Carer, you will provide high quality and compassionate care for Adults in their own homes, enabling them to remain living independently whilst supporting their wellbeing, rights and choices in alignment with their personalised care plans.

You will provide a range of care and practical support; varying from assistance with personal care including assistance with dressing and washing, to support with meals, medication, and general domestic tasks. You will have an empathetic and passionate approach to care, ensuring each individuals dignity, privacy, independence and choice is supported and encouraged along the way.

You will need to be able to travel flexibly and reliably using your own transport (mileage allowance is paid) and be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

No experience is needed as full training is provided. Full time and part time hours are available.
