Job Summary

The Care Coordinator's position will be to assist the Registered Manager with the day to day organisation and running of the service. The Care Coordinator will be responsible in helping the Registered Manager to complete weekly schedules for the staff and maintaining continuity for our Clients. Keeping up to date all training records and policy and procedures using the Companies online Care Management system.

Responsibilities and Duties

Complete the weekly care schedules, answer and make telephone calls, maintain strict confidentiality, have a good understanding of the Care Standards Act 2008 and be aware of the Quality Assurance Policy of the Company and maintain accurate records.

Be available to work on the district and go out when needed during the day and evening should any emergencies or care cover arise.

Qualifications and Skills

The applicant must have good computer and typing skills and a good understanding of word and excel. NVQ 2 or above with previous experience as a supervisor or senior carer, be computer literate and have good administrative skills and a full driving licence.
