Description

Administration

  • Administrative support to the Resource Manager and Registered Manager.
  • Managing telephone enquiries from clients and carers
  • Meeting and greeting clients and carers
  • Filing, keeping client and carer records up to date
  • Working closely with the Resource Manager to ensure weekly rotas are delivered on time with accuracy
  • Banking cheques.taking payment
  • HR support
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels of key items

Care Support

  • As and when required provide support to our clients¬†in their own homes, ensuring safety and promoting/maintaining their independence at all times.
  • Client support includes; companionship, personal care and home help.¬†
  • Document and maintain accurate and legible records each visit.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Must hold UK driving licence
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to present information clearly and precisely
  • Caring and compassionate
