Job Description

Nightingales Retirement Care is looking for Care Assistants to work with our clients in the local area of Reigate & Redhill.

The Position:

As a Care Assistant, through your promotion of independence, you will encourage and support service users in their day-to-day lives, enabling them to live more fulfilling lives whilst helping them remain in their own home providing high-quality person-centred care.

This could include a range of tasks and activities such as personal care, domestic tasks and general activities that allow the individual to live their lives in the way they choose.

What really matters to us is that you have the right mix of empathy, a can-do attitude, and good communications skills.

Nightingales Home Care offer:
