Here at Home Instead Senior Care Wandsworth, Lambeth & Dulwich, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Care Quality Supervisor to join our Wandsworth office, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. The aim of our Supervisor is to ensure our carers are providing quality care and abiding by company standards, as well as checking on clients to complete necessary reviews to make sure they are happy with our service.


Care Quality Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Performing spot checks and supervisions of carers
  • Completing quality assurance surveys and service reviews of clients
  • Reporting any client or caregiver queries/concerns back to the office
  • Overseeing small carer teams for specific clients
  • Organising carer meetings and/or coffee mornings
  • Providing emergency relief to cover care calls


Essential qualities for a Care Quality Supervisor include:

  • Previous experience working in the domiciliary care sector
  • The ability to be flexible with working hours (sometimes outside office hours)
  • Excellent administration skills and computer literacy to log progress and create/amend care plans
  • A valid UK Driving License and their own vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Wandsworth borough and surrounding areas
  • Ability to work own initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
