At Assist and Care, we provide home-care and companionship of the highest quality, in order to enable our clients to remain independent at home for as long as possible.

We operate very differently from other care companies as we offer a minimum 1-hour client call every time and our emphasis is on providing the same care assistants to the same clients for continuity purposes.

Quality is at the core of everything we do. We want our Care Assistants to build great relationships with their clients, and we want every older person to get outstanding care.

We offer;

£8.50 - £9.00 per hour, realistic travel time between clients, opportunity to be part of a growing and professional team offering career progression, Full paid training provided, option to complete Diploma level 2, No previous care experience is required, as full training is provided, free uniform.

You are guided through the recruitment process by our friendly team, our door is always open to you with our friendly office staff always on hand to offer any support or advice whenever you need it. Supporting our Care staff is paramount to us. Please note that your own reliable transport and business cover insurance is an advantage as many of our clients do like to be taken out and about.
