We are currently expanding our home care team and are recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers in and around Gloucester, Cheltenham & Stroud area to support elderly clients with personal care; light household & domestic duties; companionship and social support.

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and professional carers who share our values, behaviour and attitude to deliver a compassionate, caring and dignified service which will help to make a real difference to the lives of our clients.

You will build relationships and often friendships with our clients and their loved ones.

You will ensure they receive excellent quality care which is delivered from your heart.

You need to be flexible, but we can work together to build hours that suit both your and our requirements. Our shifts can vary according to your availability, but we are looking for both full and part-time care staff to cover our core hours which tend to be between 07:00 and 21:00.

Experience Required

Previous domiciliary care experience would be useful, however full training is provided so experience is not essential. The most important attribute is compassionate, caring, trustworthy, reliable and enthusiastic people.

Essential Requirements:

A full driving licence and own vehicle
