Description

Right at Home is not an ordinary home care company, which is why we are looking for extraordinary people to join our team.

If you are a truly special, caring person, with the right personality and a passion for making a real difference to people's lives, give us a call - we'd love to talk, as a role at Right at Home | Reading & Wokingham District could be exactly what you are looking for!

You may not be aware but you probably already have the skills required to make a great CareGiver.  We simply focus on continually developing you within our support network and ensure that we provide you with the right training help and mentorship. This starts with our comprehensive training programme and induction process and continues throughout your career at Right at Home. To unlock your full potential, you will be offered full access to our extensive Career Pathway Framework.

Right at Home UK is an award-winning homecare company with a professional and can-do approach. We are part of the most recommended national homecare group in the UK,  and our care delivery is friendly, caring, committed and inspirational to our Clients.  Our CareGivers are special people delivering outstanding, highly personalised support to our clients in the local areas.  You would be joining a team of amazing people doing amazing work in support of our lovely clients.

Our Clients depend on their dedicated CareGivers to support them with the daily activities of living in their home, with dignity, respect and compassion, and also to maintain and enhance their quality of life through continued participation in hobbies and interests at home or elsewhere in the community.

Each of our Clients has a personalised care plan including a One Page Profile which is tailored to their specific needs, hobbies and interests. We then carefully match our CareGivers to each Client to maximise companionship and daily interaction. This way, both our Clients and care team can get the most out of time spent together.

Our service is focussed on the desired outcomes of the Client. Each visit should accomplish, or work towards, a key goal or activity that our Clients wish to achieve. Whether this is receiving support to re-engage in the local community; continue with a busy lifestyle, hobby or interest; or simply to get up in the morning and ready to start the day, you could be the one to make these special and important moments happen.

By becoming a Right at Home CareGiver, you are not only supporting people to live a happier and fulfilled life in their own homes with their own belongings, memories and familiar surroundings, you will also become an integral part of ensuring their families can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is in the best hands.   This is a truly fulfilling profession.
