We provide CAREGivers to our clients, who are suitably matched, visiting them on a consistent and regular basis. They are specially chosen to work for us because they share our values and want to provide care the way it should be. Our minimum client visit is one hour and we believe this is the only way to enable a relationship of trust and companionship to be central to the support we provide.

We are seeking a part-time Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator to join our successful team. The role is largely based in our spacious offices near Fareham (off Junction 9 of the M27) and primarily involves scheduling CAREGivers to visit clients, with considerable telephone and email contact with our great team of CAREGivers and clients. You must, therefore, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure.  Our CRM platform is Access People Planner so experience in this system would be helpful but not essential. What is important is to have strong IT skills as this is a highly computer/keyboard oriented role and to have previous experience in a busy office environment is desirable. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is critical.

Above all, you must share our ethos and values to deliver the highest quality service to both our staff and clients. To live the Home Instead way is to demonstrate kindness, respect and patience.
