HRM Homecare Services provides support to help people remain in their own homes and are committed to providing a person-centred approach to enable them to lead an independent and fulfilling life.

We are looking for people to support our service users across the Paisley area, who are committed to making a difference to the lives of others, are naturally caring and extremely reliable. You will be required to -

  • provide personal care
  • prompt medication
  • prepare meals
  • provide light housework tasks

Experience is not essential as we offer a free fully comprehensive training programme to support your learning. However, you will need -

  • excellent communication skills
  • to genuinely care about the health and well being of our service users
  • be able to chat to our service users
  • complete care diaries
  • an acceptable standard of English
  • to care
  • to live our values

We operate a 7 day rotating shift pattern as follows:-

Week 1 - Monday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

We offer full time and/or part-time shifts as follows:-

Early shift - 7 am - 2 pm

Late Shift - 4 pm - 10.30 pm

Full time (both part-time shifts combined)
