Care Coordinator (Wigan) Required

We are looking to recruit a full-time Care Coordinator to work within our Homecare Office in the Business Solutions Centre, Market Street, Hindley

The role will include:

– Allocating service users visits to the Care Staff, using the care management system.
– Direct Line Management of Senior and Care Staff, including the completion of regular supervisions and spot checks to monitor staff compliance and competency.
 – Handling telephone calls and dealing with daily queries/enquiries in a professional manner.
 – Undertaking on-call duties to an agreed rota.
 – Attend reviews with Service Users and members of the multi-disciplinary team.

An Enhanced DBS will be carried out, and a Driving Licence is also necessary for this post.
