Job summary
Portfolio Home Care and developing their live in care service and are looking for experienced live in care workers to support our clients across the south east of England.
Join us and become part of a growing team whose mission is to support clients to remain in their own homes, knowing they are safe and have someone there who will ensure they remain active, provide them with support preparing meals and drinks, medication support, personal care and helping them to maintain their environment.
