About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
• Support with personal care including washing, bathing, and dressing
• Assist with meals and light household tasks
• Prompt and assist with medication
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with mobility and independence

Job Skills & Qualifications
Skills:
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic in providing care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Attention to detail (especially with medication and record-keeping)
• Physically able to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
Qualifications:
• Right to work in the UK (essential)
• Good level of spoken and written English (essential)
• Willingness to undergo training and DBS check (essential)
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
• Care Certificate (or willingness to work towards it)
• Previous care experience (desirable but not essential – training provided)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred for community roles)
