Support Workers Wanted – Vivacity Healthcare

Vivacity Healthcare is recruiting experienced female Support Workers to join our growing homecare team.

We are particularly looking for caring, reliable drivers with experience supporting people with learning disabilities and sensory loss, who can help individuals live well and access their local community with confidence and independence.

About the role

You will provide person-centred support in people’s homes and out in the community, promoting dignity, choice, independence and safety. This role may include supporting with day-to-day routines, community access, appointments, and social activities.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous homecare experience.

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities.

• Experience supporting people with sensory loss.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• A compassionate, professional and reliable approach.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
