Home care company Clarriots Care has recently opened a new branch in East Sussex, Lewes.
The new local office will help support people in the area and will ensure that customers get excellent care, high-quality customer service and value for money. The care service provider will cover the Lewes and Wealden districts in East Sussex. Graham Lockwood, owner of the new Lewes office wants the franchise to be a beacon of excellence in the area and something that other companies aspire to be, he said:
“We want to put care before business and are always striving to deliver the best quality of care possible. “We very much want to be part of the local community, ensuring we are always available to listen to care worker and clients.”
The branch was officially opened by the MP of Lewes, Maria Caulfield, last Friday (December 15).
The team will be led by registered manager, Nicola Funnell, who has 25 years of experience in the sector.
She added: “We deliver on the promise of providing exceptional care, offering a tailored matching service based on individual requirements. “I hope that we can be seen as a good quality care company where people will turn to us for support.”
Clarriots care Lewes has set their sights on achieving an “Outstanding” CQC in their next inspection.
