I would like to see the clients "Rotas by client" arrive at their home before the week begins. Also, all days should appear on page with or without carers name and the advice "that the carers has yet to be decided for that shift." Not just let that day disappear of page, I spend a lot of my time phoning the office to get this info. I feel this lets the company down as their carers are excellent. Mum loves the care she gets. Office get yourselves on top of this, please.

My carers are wonderful, but the main office need a good shake up. Most weeks my rota (at the moment) is very good but they have no given me late morning calls at the weekends, which are inconvenient if my husband is at home and we need to go shopping.

I am still younger than most clients so sitting in my pyjamas for long lengths of time is awful. I don't expect special treatment but Nurse Plus do mess their clients around.

Having been bedbound since January 2017, I have carers calling 3 times a day, 2 carers per visit. With this number, I haven't had any 'prima donna's' and they treat me as a person, not a client, they attend to all my needs and personal hygiene, at times this has been a stretch for them and they have always risen to the challenge and I have been left feeling clean and revitalised. Nothing has ever been any trouble.

The girls/carers are very good and don't make me feel awkward. I would like a phone call for lateness due to emergencies. So it doesn't make me anxious. I would like a 10ish call.

Care which we required for mum is of a very good standard. Carers are both very understanding and see to all of mums needs. Mum has got to used to them now that she looks forwards to their visits mornings and late afternoons.

I am currently housebound and have found the staff extremely helpful. Much better than the previous lot looking after me. They are efficient, courteous and very pleasant. As well as very willing.

I would not recommend this agency to provide care for you or your family members. They have left my severely disabled, wheelchair bound father who requires 24/7 care without any cover on numerous occasions. Having been awake all day and at work, my mother has then had to cover night shifts which have been left uncovered by Interserve Healthcare, leaving her tired and unfit to go to work the next day. I believe this is unsatisfactory and we are deeply disappointed. Everyone wants the best for their family member and in my opinion, I do not believe that Interserve Healthcare (Croydon) provide this.

Having been a nurse myself and very independent, I was very reluctant to have any carers in and kept digging my heels in and saying no.
Until we realised that we really couldn't continue the way we were. Then Royale Care Uk came into our lives. Our lives changed for the better. All the staff are angels but on this particular day I was very low and I had 2 male carers come into me, they know me better than I know myself.
They just sat with me, talked calmly to me, held my hand, wiped my tears, and just spent time with me, no rush. I'm never rushed in a visit. With my condition, every day can be different and they know that and respect that. They have even done their research on my condition.
They are all kind, caring, giving, warm, people who treat you as a person, not just another job. Their standards are always extremely high. They are always well dressed, never rude. I would recommend this company to anyone.
It's not like having a carer come to visit, it's like having a friend over.

My Mum began using the Stafford service around February of 2017. There were a few teething problems but with a few phone calls and speaking to the carers, these were soon sorted.
Their care has been amazing, their service is friendly and most certainly reliable.
As in everyday life, there are some people you get on with better than others and this is the case with the carers but mum thinks they all do a fantastic job and looks forward to their visits.
The team contact me if there are any concerns and are confident to phone the paramedics if they feel there is a need.

I will end my review saying "great bunch of staff whose standards are high and more often than not go above and beyond their duty" thanks to each and everyone that have and still do care for my mum.

I was very happy with the staff care that was provided in our home, regular nurses so my son got used to who was looking after him. Very prompt when starting a shift, had a polite manner. When my son was feeling really unwell, they would try to cheer him up. The paperwork on giving medicines and the report of the day is very clear. The rota was organised with myself 1 month in advance, if one nurse was sick, it would be covered by another and they would sort it, not expect me to have any hassle. For us, as a family, it takes a big fight to get help in the home, nothing was given to us easily. I am a very determined mum. Sadly my son died last year and my whole world has gone.

The owner, manager and the carers I have met from First Call Nursing Agency have all been of an exceptionally high standard. My friend was not always the easiest of clients and her house was a difficult one to work in, but the First Call Nursing Agency team were lovely. While all very different characters they all showed infinite kindness, warmth and patience with my friend. They all brought a sense of humour to their work, were very practical, reliable and professional at all times - often doing more than was required of them and always treating her with respect and dignity. My friend became very fond of them and they certainly made the last months of her life a lot more comfortable than they would have been.

Having had experience of other agencies in another part of the country, I can not recommend them highly enough.

So far the service from All -care, since March 2015 has been very mixed, we have had 15 late calls in the morning, of which 5 have been very late. So far this week we have not received a booking details sheet.
