Our staff are well motivated and rewarded as well as receiving industry leading pay, benefits, support and training that goes against the norm in the care sector. This clearly shines through in the service that they deliver and which you have experienced. High standards and quality however does come at a cost so I am surprised that you did not feel this was value for money.
