We are delighted that you are happy with your overall support and your support workers, as this is what is most important to us. <br>In regards to value for money, we completely understand money is a tough issue right now and wish more than anything we could reduce these costs for all of our clients. However, as we, unfortunately, have no control over the contributions the council requests clients to make towards the service, we regretfully cannot make amendments to the cost of service. <br>Nonetheless, we are always looking to make improvements where possible and if it is believed there is something more we could do to increase your value for money, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you, to ensure you are getting the most out of your service.
