It’s certainly not something the management enjoys doing. One of the main reasons for the increase is to ensure that we retain, reward, and continue to train our care professionals for the service they deliver. Your care professional has been with you for over 6 years. This is well above the industry figures. We have also invested in our management team to support our Care professionals to deliver the high-quality care that you receive.
