Thank you for your review. We aim to promote a culture of honesty and transparency at Stokely. Again thank you for complementing some of our carers. <br>We tried to provide the best care we could but unfortunately, this was quite complex due to family dynamics. The pets issue, we requested the pets be in a different room while carers are providing care. Some of our cares also had allergies so we thought it was a reasonable request. All our staff are trained in infection control. No threats were ever made, we don’t operate like that. We value our clients' opinions and feedback and try to resolve any concerns as soon as possible. <br>We wish you and your family well.
