Apologies for replying to this message after 2 years but the reason is that we do not market our work but the clients we have cared for tell others more about us. Hence we focus our time on the best service delivery. We have just realized this was placed here. We believe this issue was satisfactorily dealt with by ourselves and the referral authority and we have all the documents therein. So, it’s shocking to us to see this here. It’s against our policy to discuss issues about our clients who we cherish on a public platform, therefore confidentiality is not taken lightly. We have managed hundreds of clients with many hard copy written compliments including in newspapers on our compliment portfolio. Our goal is to impart the best possible care to those we support which is paramount in our care delivery. We endeavour to provide outstanding care and quality service delivery wherever possible.
