Andy S, I am particularly sorry that this matter was not brought to my attention as a leader of the company immediately.  I know the 1st day sometimes has a myriad of problems and we have surely done a topsy-turvy on your view of us but I hope my team, that works hard, a lot will learn from your feedback and do better moving forward.
