We are disappointed to read this review. This was a significant package involving many hours over seven days a week, including delivery of personal care and full day sitting services. All essential care needs were always met and we were transparent and honest when we were unable to fully facilitate the full package, and clear communication was upheld between Laurel Homecare, the client's wife and Adult Social Care at all times.<br><br>This package also included a separate contract with a day centre provider which is mentioned within this review, however this is a separate company to Laurel Homecare Ltd.<br><br>The package of care was ceased after discussions with Adult Social Care for a multitude of complex reasons, and all correct processes were followed. <br><br>All points raised within this review have been addressed directly in a professional private manner with the client and relevant individuals, and we do not feel that this is the relevant platform to further discuss these matters.
