Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review of the Bluebird service you receive. We absolutely accept and share your frustration about the IT system (Staffplan by Advanced) that had a total outage in August and did not recover. This left us in a difficult spot and our team worked very quickly to create manual workarounds where possible. This outage affected many social care providers across the UK and the NHS 111 services. The good news is that we are now trialling our newly purchased electronic rostering system and hope to have this up and running in the next few weeks.
