We are so pleased to hear that you find our care workers go above and beyond requirements and it's great to hear how you feel they treat your Father. Please rest assured we have a dedicated recruitment team who are working hard to support staffing but from time to time (particularly throughout and following the pandemic), staff can be off work due to sickness (and are still self-isolating when required), however, during these times we do our best to ensure all of our service users still receive the service they so truly deserve.
