We're really pleased that you feel very happy with the care and support your Mum receives from us but are sorry that we still don't have capacity to accommodate her morning visit at an earlier time. Visit times were agreed through social services at the time your Mum's care package commenced and we are really sorry that we still don't have an earlier slot available.
