Thank you for your kind comment regarding some of our carers being amazing, however we are disappointed that you also feel that some of our carers are terrible. We are extremely proud of the work that they do supporting our clients in the community. We do understand there have been issues with the timings of calls for your grandmother. These have been looked at by the coordinators and now hopefully have been rectified. We do appreciate all feedback and aim to find a solution for any issues that may arise.
