Thank you for the wonderful words regarding the care both your parents have received from our team. It is clearly evident from your review that the service has worked well and you are pleased with how care has been provided in your mum's case over the last 5 years. As you know, your dad has come into our care following a couple of years of care provision that we did not charge for. This was purely provided alongside your mum's commissioned provision as we felt that was the right thing to do. I know you experienced problems with invoicing frequency and this has been addressed and an apology issued to you. I am aware that since someone else took over accounts that this is now working well.
