Since you gave this feedback we have been in touch and have agreed that any changes to your mum's care call times will be notified to you via a phone call.
The care coordinator has looked at the allocation of calls and the times between the calls and again this matter has now been resolved.
I am sorry that you feel the communication with me was not acceptable.
The changes that we have made in regard to our communication with you and the changes to the call times will hopefully now be satisfactory.
