Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased our service is generally satisfactory. We aim to call our clients if there has to be a change to a planned service that day, particularly if we are experiencing adverse weather or something outside of our control. All tasks that have been agreed upon are listed on our staff members' smartphone application, giving up-to-date information including any follow-ups from a previous visit. A call can’t be logged out for or left until all tasks have been completed. Our new starters shadow experienced team members to gain insight into clients’ routines after completing a detailed induction at our training school.
