We always encourage constructive feedback and expression of feelings as mentioned in the recent letter from our Director to the lovely community we support. We appreciate there will be things that work well, things that don't work as well and areas for improvement and will take your feedback onboard; with the purpose of doing our best to support change where needed. As you've identified it's an unprecedented time in Social and Health Care, and we thank you for your patience with our office and community team, while we all work together to support the delivery of the best service possible. We've been lucky enough to have new colleagues join our existing team in recent weeks and although change can be new and unexpected, it is important that we ensure sound recruitment to support our existing teams' workload and to ensure call times have more consistency.
