I have taken on board the issues you have raised in regard to the change in rota and not being notified if there is a change with the carer. Moving forward I will ensure that if the carer is changed for any reason you will be notified with a new rota and a phone call.
In regard to your invoice, we have been in contact with each other and the billing department and this has now been resolved. If you have any further issues please contact me via email or call the branch.
