We take on board your comments regarding the rota schedule. As you know, we have a mobile app that allows you to view the live care visit schedule for the week and you always have the option of printing a screenshot of the rota privately if needed. Alternatively, as we appreciate your mum would struggle to call us, the carers could always write down the upcoming carers visiting.<br>Best wishes.
