Regarding carers waiting for a second carer before entering the property, we do understand your frustrations. However this is for the safety of your mum and our carers and, as a regulated service, we do have to follow the guidelines detailed as part of the care plan.
In regards to your concern in terms of less minutes of care being delivered, we do daily monitoring and do a secondary weekly check of this to ensure we are delivering the care package as it should be delivered. For your peace of mind, we have also conducted some further, in-depth analysis, into your mum's package and discussed this over the phone with you this afternoon, which cleared your concerns.
