I and the team are so very grateful for your feedback. It's a pleasure to hear that you feel the service provided by our amazing care workers is excellent at all times and that you have no complaints. I completely agree that times need improving and this is something I am currently working diligently on with our team, as mentioned in a recent letter I sent to all our ladies and gents. I appreciate you know that I and the team always do our best to try and accommodate everyone as best we can, however, this is not always possible. I am aware that visit times may have seemed a bit ad-hoc recently, and for this, I apologise. We are working extremely hard with our workers and those we support to find a happy medium on visit times that work for the majority.
