Thank you for providing feedback on behalf of yourself and your wife. We really appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board.  As mentioned in a recent letter sent to all the ladies and gents we support and their loved ones; we understand that although I and my wonderful team always do our utmost to try and please everyone, this unfortunately, is not always possible.  I appreciate that your visit times may have seemed a bit ad-hoc recently, and for this, I apologise sincerely.  Furthermore, I am currently working diligently on an exercise to coordinate our care workers planned visits to you and other members of our community and by virtue endeavouring to improve the rota. I thank you again for your feedback and your patients with me and my team. We are all working under significant pressure, but I can assure you I am looking into the timings for yourself and all our ladies and gents.
