Thank you for taking the time to review us; I'm glad your overall experience has been excellent. I'm sorry to hear the variances in your visit time cause you problems. I can see that the carer has been between 10 and 20 minutes late on 5 occasions in the last 3 months, which does meet the service level that we promised to achieve, but I will get someone to contact you to see if there is a way we can tailor things to make things better.
