It is the greatest compliment when we hear that sons and daughters feel that our care staff have supported their parent, or parents in your case, in all the ways you would hope, focussed entirely on what they want and their preferences, whilst also ensuring they are safe, taking medication as prescribed, and eating and drinking well with good personal care.
